You may request up to twice annually and after that if Analytica is satisfied that the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, Analytica may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or decline to act on the request.

Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)

If You are a User in Colorado, this Addendum applies to you. Except as otherwise modified by this Addendum, all provisions of the above Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect.

  • 1.9 On receipt of your appeal, Analytica shall provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days or inform you of the reason and extension period of an additional 60 days (total up to 105 days) in writing. In the event that you are dissatisfied, you have the right to approach the Attorney General of Colorado.
